Delivery depends on the exact product, packaging, quantity and destination. Confirm the route, charges and dispatch date before payment.
Freight at checkout
Where a delivery route and the packaged weight are configured for online checkout, the shipping charge is displayed before payment. Other orders require a delivered quotation. An estimate is not a confirmed freight booking.
For a quotation, provide the product or SKU, required quantity, packaging, destination country and postal code, and any delivery requirements.
Dispatch and transit time
A listed inventory quantity does not guarantee a dispatch date. Confirm current availability, preparation time and transit time with our team for the selected product and route.
Chemical handling and packaging
Products with dangerous-goods handling requirements need a shipment review. The applicable supplier SDS, packaging and carrier acceptance must be checked for the intended route. Manufacturer packaging photos illustrate available packaging; the exact container and quantity must be confirmed in your order.
Import charges and documents
Product prices exclude freight and destination import charges. Import duty, import VAT/GST, customs clearance and any other excluded charges are not collected by the current online checkout. Confirm the delivery terms and responsibility for these costs in your quotation.
Tell us which product, batch, transport and import documents you require. Their availability and any additional fees need confirmation before an order is accepted.
Tracking and insurance
Ask for the carrier, tracking availability and any cargo insurance requirements when confirming your shipment. These depend on the delivery arrangement.
